Kensington Campaign Poster - "Keep the Faith"
Senator Oswald Kensington continued his all-out media blitz this week as the campaign for Secretary of Magic draws to a close. The Senator was featured in a WNN interview which aired last night, and has released another campaign poster.
Kensington trails Senator Polonius Aberfoyle, his PWP opponent, by 5 points in the latest Galumph tracking poll. Simon Drake, a write-in candidate who is best known as the Speaker of the Muggle House of Representatives, is polling at 22%. The poll has a margin of error of 4 percentage points. Kensington and Drake have both gained in the last couple of weeks. Poll watchers say Drake’s popular support is unlikely to translate to electoral wins. If Drake surprises and carries several states, the decision may fall to the House of Warlocks, which is currently controlled by the Grand Old Mages, Kensington’s party.
